Maxion Building Services was initially engaged in this project in early June, with on-site work officially commencing in early July. Spanning 16 areas across the factory, the project included a wide range of services such as consultation and design, building consent applications and approvals, demolition, wall and ceiling linings, construction of changing rooms and airlocks, and installation of Sure Shield flooring, rapid roller doors, sprinklers, fire alarms, and more.
In just three months, the full compliance upgrade was completed and ready for audit. As a result, the site achieved certification with an impressive 96% score in the SQF audit.
